Hourly Positions

Combo Position - (Dish Machine Operator and Busser)
The Combo is responsible for clearing and resetting tables and cleaning the dining area. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

Server Position
Servers are responsible for providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all guests. Servers take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons and set and clear tables as needed. Servers also perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, portioning desserts, and brewing coffee. Responsibilities also include restocking the server area supplies at the end of a shift and rolling silverware.

Host or Hostess Position
Host or Hostesses are responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, cheerfully, and courteously. Our Host or Hostess is largely responsible for ensuring the quality of each guest's experience.

Cook Position
Cooks are responsible for storing, preparing, cooking and plating all food items in accordance with all IHOP standard operating procedures and all health, sanitation and safety guidelines. Cooks are also responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.
