As a manager for Womack Restaurants (dba IHOP) you will be responsible for the leadership and support of up to 100 employees and directly accountable for the success of a multimillion dollar 24-hour operation. To prepare you for this responsibility, we have an extensive Management training program.

All Managers will be certified in the National Restaurant Association’s Serv Safe Program and many continue on to become “IHOP Management Certified.” IHOP certification is an intensive, two-step; training program that will give you additional tools to help you grow and succeed.
